Materials Submittal & Approval

Ensure all technical materials submittals are approved by the client before purchase orders are issued.

• Make the best selection based on evaluations and comparisons before initiating e-Procurement.
• Automatically populate the Technical Materials Submittal form from the vendor's offer, including manufacturer specifications, component data, accessories, fabric/color selections, compliance statements, and regulatory documents.
• Add the final distribution of items by space, and send the submittal to the client via the Client Portal or built-in email.
• Obtain client approval online, or approve on the client's behalf.
• Review progress through a dedicated dashboard, in full detail.
