Stage 2 – Schematic Design: Review of architectural design, development of loaded floor plans, and initial Planning by space  

Stage 3 – Detailed design which includes development of coordinated room by room drawings showing pre-installation electromechanical and IT infrastructure requirements; and detailed planning reports

Stage 4 –Preparation of Specifications and Tender / RFQ Documents 

Phase II – Bidding, Evaluation, Procurement, Shop Drawings 

Stage 1 – Issuance of Tenders / Requests for Quotations to the market and responding to Bidder’s and RFI’s 

Stage 2 – Tender’s / RFQ’s Evaluation and selection

Stage 3 – Selection   

Stage 4 – Issuance of Purchase Orders 

Stage 5 – Review and Incorporation of Shop Drawings

Phase III – Site Supervision / Construction Administration 

Phase IV – Hand-Over and provision of Asset Tagging
